We've made uploading videos to Gbox very seamless and easy

1.  Login

After you have signed up for an account go to your “Dashboard," and click on “Upload Video.”

2. Select a video file 

Select the video file that you want to upload. There are multiple ways to add your file. 

Simply Drag&Drop it into the form 

Click on ‘Browse for File’ to select a file from your device

Click on 'Import video’ to import from 

Dropbox, 

Google Drive or 

from any URL.

3. Edit your content details

Add or customize the title of your video. 

You can also add a description. Use this message to engage your audience and describe why they should purchase your video. 

You can add more information to the video that will help Gbox to promote your content. 

Select a category

Select a genre

Select an age rating

You can add tags to your video. Use this feature to separate your videos into different sections on the Gbox Channel page.

Select ‘next’ to set Pricing Options or click on ‘publish’ to use default settings.

4. Set your pricing options

Gbox supports different Pricing Options. 

You can set a fixed price, let your audience ‘Pay what they want’ or make the offer ‘free with tips’

'Fixed price': Viewers must pay the set price to get access to your video

'Fundraising': Viewers can access the content for free but have the option to leave a tip 

 'Pay what you want': Viewers must pay at least the minimum price but have an option to pay more. Use the recommended price to set the right expectations and tell your audience what you think would be a fair amount to pay for your video. This helps them to make a decision how much to pay. 

Click on next to ‘Allow Promotional Copies’ or select ‘Publish’ to use default settings

5. Add video to a Season Pass

You can add the video to a Season Pass. Season Passes allow you to bundle multiple videos. You can create one or more Season Passes. 

Please select 'Yes' to enable Season Pass pricing. We will show you all Season Passes that you have created and you can select one or more. 

You can also create a new Season Pass by clicking 'Add New Season Pass'. This is what the dialog to create a new Season Pass will look like.

6. Allow 'Share for free'

Enable or Disable 

Use the slider to set the amount

Click 'Next' to confirm the settings.

7. Summary

Use the summary to confirm the settings. 

Click ‘Publish’ and finalize the video setup.

After you published the video, we’ll process it to make sure it works on any possible device. This takes up to an hour. The actual time is depending on the size and length of your video. We’ll send you an email once the process it done. This is the point where you can safely share, publish and embed the video.
